MBR Suite Addition

This compact Craftsman bungalow needed a little more space for a new master bedroom. The lot was too small to expand the footprint of the house.

So we went up. Raising the roof over an existing attic space with hip roofed monitor, we created space for an entirely new master bedroom and bath.

Kitchen Remodel

Like many older homes, there was a wall and a narrow door separating the kitchen and dining room. We replaced the wall with a structural beam and opened up the space between the rooms, and improved the kitchen with new cabinets and an island plus all new appliances and lighting

Adding all-new space on the rear of this colonial allowed us to create a vaulted great room and a showcase kitchen, while improving the overall flow of the house.
